This contemporary home is nestled in sun-swept grassland foothills. The design delivers a verdant aesthetic re-tooled for its extreme climate, capturing rain water and planting “dry-lush” species. In honor of the agrarian area, also included are bee pollinator corridors, bee keeping, composting, and permaculture practices for food production. The program also features an outdoor kitchen, dining area, bocce court, pool, and spa, with bespoke decorative features.
