Centered around permaculture and community, this project features an existing historic home and 16 new modern lofts. A multi-use gravel courtyard serves as the communal gathering space. The grilling and dining area feature native and edible plants. A corten steel fire pit nestles next to a mature Draco tree that was preserved on site.
