Located on the same block as the historic Hillcrest Pride Flag and LGBT+ Monument, this vibrant mixed-use project brings 82 new units and a corner dining space to the neighborhood. The upper level features a custom outdoor kitchen and dining area, a custom firepit, and a spa for residents to enjoy. At the ground level, the streetscape design focuses on bringing greenery to the busy street via trees and planting.
