This deeply rooted Spanish Revival-style bungalow court has existed since in 1924 in San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood. Carefully restored in 2016, a new landscape provides private courtyards for each unit. An orchard of fruitless Olive trees anchors the outdoor experience, along with hand painted tiles, old world inspired wood gates, and glazed pots.
